Position Overview We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care at our Gaffney Health Center. Duties and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, high-quality primary medical care across the lifespan in accordance with your specialty. Develop individualized care plans including medical history, examination, treatment, and referral when appropriate. Utilize laboratory, radiology, and other diagnostic resources efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with consulting physicians, nurses, behavioral health specialists, and patients’ families to coordinate holistic care. Participate in preventive health and community wellness initiatives. Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants per Re Genesis collaborative agreements. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary up to $240,000, based on experience $10,000.00 Rural Incentive Bonus after 12 months of employment in Cherokee County each year. Completion of an approved Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency. Current South Carolina medical license (or eligibility). Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be certified within 12 months of hire). Current BLS/CPR certification. Preferred Experience Experience in a community health or FQHC setting.
