We specialize in outpatient orthopedic and sports-related rehabilitation, including post-surgical care (e.g., tendon and ligament repair, joint replacement), aquatic therapy using our above-ground underwater treadmill systems, and telehealth options to expand accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, post-surgical, and work-related injuries
• Implement personalized rehabilitative programs using therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitative strategies, and self-management
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for holistic patient care
• Accurately document treatment and progress in compliance with standards
• Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care via our my Elation app
