Required: Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Human Services, or a related field with equivalent coursework in early childhood development Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in ECE, Human Services, or a related field (especially with infant/toddler focus) All degrees must be from an institution accredited by the NC DCDEE Experience is a plus—2 years preferred—but your commitment to children’s growth matters most.
