This position has a min. qualification of one (1) yr. of exp. in a position requiring the use of standard hand tools in a mechanical or construction trade or in the grounds maintenance. Candidates must have the ability to follow simple oral and written insstructions, willingness to perform routine cleaning and other manual tasks;

-abilitiy to get along well with others; others;

-thoroughness, dependability, good physical condition.

-Possession of a valid driver's license is requited.

Salary: $36,280-$44,313
