What You’ll Do Leadership & Team Management Lead, train, and inspire our Housekeeping team in both the Clubhouse and Residences. Set the gold standard for cleanliness, service, and professionalism. Manage schedules, performance feedback, and staffing with care and accountability. Facilities & Daily Operations Oversee daily cleaning, deep cleans, and special projects. Conduct regular inspections to ensure every detail meets our luxury standards. Collaborate with maintenance to keep our spaces in peak condition. Inventory & Budget Manage linen, cleaning supply, and equipment inventories. Create and track department budgets and payroll. Source high-quality, cost-effective supplies and build great vendor relationships. Guest & Resident Experience Respond to feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and heart. Anticipate needs and work cross-departmentally to deliver a seamless experience. Continually enhance our service based on feedback and best practices. Admin & Reporting Maintain accurate records, training logs, schedules, and inspection reports. Keep the team aligned with safety standards and evolving industry trends. Support emergency preparedness and staff readiness. Qualifications What You Bring High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred. Fluent in English & Spanish (bilingual is a must!). 3+ years in hospitality or resort housekeeping, with at least 1 year of leadership experience. Proficiency in housekeeping systems and management tools. A passion for excellence, team spirit, and a strong work ethic. Physical Expectations This role is active — expect walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and climbing stairs. Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals and occasional loud noise.
