This role blends creativity with strategic thinking, involving tasks like conceptualizing ideas, writing, video and audio production, and editing. Producers collaborate with other teams, analyze data to optimize content, and must stay current on digital trends to meet brand objectives and audience engagement goals. Enjoys planning and participating in community events and has the ability to work a flexible schedule when needed. Video Responsibilities Filming, editing, and producing short-form and long-form videos Creating reels, YouTube videos, ads, and promotional clips Managing video content calendars, storage, and posting Ensuring brand consistency in visuals and messaging Develop instructional training product videos Company commercials and advertising for clients, sponsors, and more Social Media Responsibilities Managing accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, etc.) Scheduling and posting content Copywriting for captions Tracking analytics and performance Engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages Developing content strategies Ensuring brand consistency in visuals and messaging Public Relations Responsibilities Establish and maintain effective public relations, raise company awareness, and employee morale. Engage with followers and customers; resolve customer inquiries. Maintain budget guidelines and prepare quantitative information to gauge promotions and events. Development and implementation of educational and training resources for employees and customers. Collaborate on promotional ideas (contest details, rules, and procedures) and execution of tactics. Position Responsibilities: Develop and implement a social-media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with marketing goals Manage and produce multimedia content (videos, photos, graphics) as part of brand storytelling. Plan, shoot, and edit video content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts/long-form Oversee content scheduling, posting cadence, and maintain consistent brand voice across channels Oversee production of the company’s television channel content (sports, parades, community shows, and more) Execute advertising sales efforts for sponsorships of programming Oversee commentators for local sports Create a content calendar covering video, images, stories, and posts across multiple social media platforms Write captions, craft post copy, and design basic graphics/thumbnails as needed Schedule and publish posts; manage engagement — respond to comments/messages, monitor trends, and engage followers Track analytics (engagement, reach, growth) and use data to optimize content strategy. Collaborate with marketing, web development, sales, and other departments to ensure brand consistency for integrated campaigns, promotions, and the launch of new products/services Qualifications: Video production and editing skills (shooting, editing, post-production) Familiarity with major social-media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Good writing and communication skills for captions, copy, and community interaction Comfort with analytics tools (platform analytics, maybe Google Analytics) Basic design sense (for thumbnails, visuals, maybe simple graphics) Ability to work to deadlines and manage a content calendar Good communication, project management, and organizational skills Applicants must provide a resume, application, and sample of work to the address listed below.
