Responsible for delivering high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care to companion animals while supporting a collaborative, team-driven hospital environment. This role requires strong clinical proficiency, efficient case management, and the ability to mentor team members while contributing to hospital growth and excellence. Veterinarians diagnose, treat, and manage animal health conditions through exams, diagnostics, surgery, and client communication. Schedule & Hours Flexible for right candiate for supporting P/T or F/T varied hours and days available. Open 7 days week Monday-Friday 6: 30A-9PM and Weekends 7-6PM Mentorship Our mentorship program is designed to give new doctors the structure, guidance, and confidence they need to grow into exceptional clinicians. New veterinarians work closely with experienced mentors in both medicine and surgery while gradually building their case load, clinical decision-making, and communication skills. Through one-on-one mentorship, case collaboration, and regular check-ins, our goal is to create an environment where you can ask questions, develop your skills, and build confidence at a pace that supports both professional growth and personal well-being.
