Certified Bookkeeper (ON SITE)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team, responsible for managing financial records and performing a wide range of accounting tasks. You will support the company's financial operations by ensuring accuracy and compliance. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Generate financial reports and summaries
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred)
• Proven experience in an accounting role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
