The Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC) has an opening for an experienced Fiscal Planning and Analysis Manager at their Dover, Delaware location. The Fiscal Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for the overall management of budgeting, fiscal, and business analysis functions as well as leading, coaching, and training staff.  Responsibilities include the full range of analytical and reporting functions, including preparation of published reports utilized in business decisions. This position leads the efforts in developing and coordinating the corporation’s annual operating and capital budgets.
