Retail Operations Manager/Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Seminole, Texas

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Warehouse Associate to join our team in Seminole. This position requires a combination of warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and a professional approach to customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Agricultural knowledge is a plus but not required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner; provide timely assistance and answer basic product questions.
• Receive, process, and store incoming inventory; pick and pack orders for customer pickup or shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely; use forklifts if certified and assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Use basic computer systems to record inventory, look up product information, and complete sales or pickup transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required (inventory systems, email, point-of-sale).
• Agricultural knowledge helpful but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Forklift certification preferred; on-the-job training may be available for the right candidate.
• Dependable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the company in person.
