Senior Digital Sales Account Executive

Boise Weekly is looking for an experienced digital sales professional who knows how to build business, develop relationships, and deliver measurable results for local advertisers.

As our Senior Digital Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and growing digital advertising revenue for Boise Weekly. This is a senior sales position, not a management role. You will own your book of business, prospect aggressively for new clients, and work directly with businesses throughout the Boise market to create effective digital marketing strategies.

Youll sell a comprehensive portfolio of digital solutions, including targeted display, SEO/SEM, OTT/CTV, social media marketing, email marketing, website solutions, and other audience-targeting products, while also leveraging Boise Weeklys powerful local brand, print audience, events, and community presence.

What Youll Do

• Build a book of business through consistent prospecting and new-business development
• Develop relationships with business owners, marketing directors, and key decision-makers
• Conduct consultative needs assessments and identify clients marketing objectives
• Create and present customized digital marketing strategies and proposals
• Grow digital revenue by developing both new and existing client relationships
• Use campaign data and performance results to strengthen client partnerships and drive renewals
• Represent Boise Weekly at client meetings, networking opportunities, and community events

What Were Looking For

Were looking for a proven digital seller, preferably with experience in digital media, advertising, or marketing services. You should understand solutions such as targeted display, paid search, SEO, OTT/CTV, social media, and email marketing, and be comfortable presenting sophisticated marketing strategies to business decision-makers.

Most importantly, you should be self-motivated, competitive, organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable building new business from the ground up.
